Refunds (if applicable)

Refund requests are only available when we, Serenity Darts Online, are unable to produce the products that are purchased. Please contact us via email or at our Facebook page.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

For Credit Card purchases, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at serenitydarts@gmail.com or at our facebook page.
For bank transfer or Paylah! purchases, do contact us as serenitydarts@gmail.com or at our facebook page if refunds do not go through.
